Brazil, which is associated with colorful festivals, heat, and friendly people, also provides excellent specialty coffee with a mild taste and no acidity. Be sure to try it if flavors of caramel, nuts, and chocolate are close to your heart. Thanks to the favorable microclimate, coffee harvested in Brazil accounts for 1/3 of all coffee crops worldwide! The beans grown in Cerrado stand out for their extremely high quality and are available in large quantities. And all this is thanks to the relatively flat terrain, which allows coffee fruits to be often handpicked, ensuring a consistently high quality of the harvest.
