Kaszubska Coffee – homely sweetness of chocolate and nuts
The Kashubians love their coffee. Preferably strong and full-bodied. So do we. That’s why we want to offer you something special: Brazilian coffee from the Mogiana region, 100% Arabica. The coffee is dried on patios while the beans are still inside the fruit. It has a full profile and a sweet aroma. It also features medium body and low acidity. Kaszubska coffee is a heartfelt proposal – mild, sweet, classic, and friendly. The beans come from the Brazilian Mogiana region, where they mature in a favorable microclimate at altitudes from 700 to 1600 m above sea level. This 100% Arabica is a nod to Kashubian flavors – simple, authentic, and always full of character. The natural processing of the beans inside the fruit ensures full flavor and a rich, sweet aroma.
This coffee is for those who appreciate the classics: a chocolate-nut profile, low acidity, and medium body. Perfect for everyday enjoyment as well as an afternoon dessert. It tastes great brewed in a classic way – in a moka pot, espresso machine, or by traditional pouring with hot water. The homely nature and accessibility of this coffee make it fit well in any kitchen, regardless of style or region.

Mild and versatile
Kaszubska coffee tastes best when brewed simply – in a moka pot, espresso machine, or even as a classic pour-over. Medium grind and a brewing temperature of 92–94°C bring out the full aroma without dominant acidity. It’s a coffee that doesn’t require much – it just tastes good.
Great for everyday use – both in the morning and after a meal. Its chocolate-nut profile is easy to love, even if you’re just starting your adventure with specialty coffee. If you don’t have a grinder, we’ll grind it for you – just select the preferred grind size when placing your order.

Mogiana region – the Brazilian heart of coffee
Mogiana is one of the most famous coffee regions in Brazil – located in the southeastern part of the country, known for its fertile soils and stable climate. Thanks to the flat terrain, harvesting is efficient, and the bean quality is highly consistent. This is where our Kaszubska Coffee comes from.
Natural bean processing and hand-picking ensure the coffee retains its full flavor and aroma. Brazil supplies a third of the world’s coffee production, and the Mogiana region is one of its most representative areas. This coffee combines world-class quality with everyday drinking pleasure.
