Distinctiveness and depth of aroma from three world regions
Ethiopia Sidamo, grown organically in the Sidamo region in southern Ethiopia, features a strongly floral aroma with citrus notes of grapefruit and orange. The beans are hand-picked and processed using the wet method at an altitude of 1500-1800 m above sea level.
Guatemalan Huehuetenango, cultivated in the mountainous regions of northern Guatemala, offers medium-roasted beans with a cocoa and bittersweet chocolate flavor that sets this coffee apart from others.
Colombia Supremo is hand-picked coffee from organic farms, ripening in the shade at an altitude of 1200-2000 m above sea level. It is characterized by a strong, mature flavor with a subtle nutty accent and low acidity. The large Supremo beans influence the intensity and balance of the flavor.
