Gdańsk Coffee Roasters - Brazil Cerrado - Specialty Coffee Beans
Brazil Cerrado – smooth classic with a hint of chocolate and nuts
Brazil Cerrado 100% Arabica is a coffee that reflects all the best from Brazilian plantations – consistency, quality, and a distinctive sweetness. The beans come from the Cerrado ecoregion in the heart of Brazil, where the climate, topography, and cultivation tradition create perfect conditions for coffee trees. The altitude of 900 to 1100 m a.s.l. and natural processing contribute to the mild, chocolatey-nutty profile of this coffee.
This coffee works great both as a classic black cup and in a milky version. Brazil Cerrado stands out for its low acidity and full, pleasant taste, making it ideal for everyday drinking – at home, in the office, or in a café. Its smoothness and pronounced sweetness make it one of the most versatile options in the world of specialty Arabicas.

Universal and everyday coffee of remarkable quality
Brazil Cerrado impresses with its classic character – it’s a coffee made for daily rituals, with a gentle taste that never gets boring. The palate is dominated by chocolatey sweetness, complemented by velvety nutty notes, giving the brew a creamy structure and a pleasant, long finish. Its low acidity makes it a perfect choice for those beginning their journey with high-quality coffee.
The Cerrado region, where the beans are grown, was the first in Brazil to receive a Protected Geographical Indication – proof of exceptional quality and production consistency. Flat terrain and the possibility of manual harvesting allow precise selection of cherries, ensuring quality in every batch. The Paraiso MG and Mundo Novo varieties develop their full flavor potential in these conditions.
