Brazil, known for its colorful festivals, heat, and friendly people, also provides wonderful specialty coffee with a mild taste and no acidity. Definitely give it a try if the flavors of caramel, nuts, and chocolate are close to your heart. Thanks to its favorable microclimate, coffee harvested in Brazil accounts for one-third of all coffee harvests worldwide! The beans grown in Cerrado are of extremely high quality and are found in large quantities. And all this is thanks to the relatively flat terrain, which often allows coffee fruits to be handpicked, while ensuring a consistently high quality of the harvests. Don't have a grinder?
