Sopocka Coffee – intense and aromatic Yellow Bourbon with notes of berries and tropical fruits
Sopot is a unique seaside city that enchants not only with its beauty but also its atmosphere. It’s a place you want to return to – whether for a dance at the Grand or the view of the Baltic Sea. Our Sopocka Coffee is a tribute to this atmosphere, offering a flavor as unforgettable as the city itself.
The beans come from the Brazilian Cerrado region and are of the Yellow Bourbon variety. The coffee stands out with low acidity and an intensely rich flavor profile, combining notes of berries, tropical fruits, chocolate, caramel, and orange blossom. It’s a coffee you can brew in many ways, from espresso machines to French press or traditional pour-over.

Thanks to its low acidity and complex flavor profile, Sopocka Coffee performs excellently both in espresso machines and alternative brewing methods. We recommend brewing at about 93–94°C with a medium grind size to extract the full range of aromas and flavors – from berry notes to orange blossom.
Brazilian beans from the Cerrado region, thanks to a favorable microclimate and natural processing method, offer coffee with consistent quality and unique taste. It’s a choice for those who appreciate intensity with a gentle touch of sweetness.

Cerrado Region – the heart of Brazilian coffee
Cerrado is one of the key coffee-growing regions in Brazil, known for its favorable microclimate, fertile soils, and flat terrain. These conditions allow for hand-picking and consistently high bean quality.
Plantations are run by local farmers who carefully oversee every stage of production – from harvest to natural processing. Thanks to this, coffee from Cerrado offers a complex and harmonious flavor profile that perfectly reflects the character of the region.
