Gdynia coffee 1000g
Gdynia Coffee
Gdynia is supposedly a city of dreams. Many films have been made about it. One of them is "Miasto z morza" ("City from the Sea"). It was brilliantly played by, among others, Paweł Domagała, who is also the performer of the title song. The film also featured the charming and graceful Julia Pietrucha.
Since we're talking about dreams, it's worth mentioning why Gdynia is famous for them. In the old days, it was seen as a window to the world due to its enormous port. It has always been a modern and majestic city. Some of the most famous ships in this city are: MS Batory and MS Piłsudski. Exceptional coffee beans were imported to Poland on them. It was a colonial commodity. Some coffee beans were roasted on-site, in Gdynia. One of the most famous roasters belonged to Antoni Wiatrak. He had a coffee plantation in Guatemala and a roastery for the "Społem" company. Some of these beans made their way to Poland. We were amazed to taste real coffee. At the very beginning, Gdynia Coffee was only prepared in cafés. Today you can also enjoy its flavor at home.

Brazil, known for its colorful festivals, heat, and friendly people, also provides wonderful specialty coffee with a mild taste and no acidity. Definitely try it if flavors of caramel, nut, and chocolate are close to your heart. Thanks to its favorable microclimate, coffee harvested in Brazil accounts for 1/3 of all coffee crops in the world! The beans grown in Cerrado are of extremely high quality and occur in large quantities. This is all thanks to the relatively flat terrain, which allows coffee fruits to be often hand-picked, ensuring a constant high quality of the harvest. Don't have a grinder?
