Coffee in the Morning 1000G
Morning Coffee
Morning Coffee is a true bestseller from the Gdańsk Coffee Roastery. It's no wonder, as right after opening your eyes, you dream of a hot, black, aromatic coffee. You have very high expectations for it. You want it not only to wake you up but also to improve your mood. Morning Coffee is a blend specially designed for those who don't like to get up early.
Morning Coffee - the perfect blend
In this blend, you will find two types of coffee. The first is Robusta, and the second is Arabica. Arabica definitely prevails in it. Robusta is only 10%. These two types of coffee are as different as fire and water. In this comparison, Arabica is water. It is characterized by a mild taste and wonderful aroma. It has a low caffeine content, maximum 1.5%.
On the other hand, fire is, of course, Robusta. Intense, energizing. Slightly bitter and sharp in taste. A coffee composed entirely of Robusta would be undrinkable for many people. That's why we combined these two varieties to create the perfect Morning Coffee for you. Intense, but at the same time with a slight acidity.
You can successfully brew it in one of four ways (espresso machine, moka pot, French press, pour-over). However, remember that each of the methods mentioned here requires a different grain size. Take this into account when placing an order at the Gdańsk Coffee Roastery. We also encourage you to try the other coffees from our offer. They are equally interesting. You will surely find something suitable for your taste buds!

Brazil, known for its colorful festivals, heat, and friendly people, also provides wonderful specialty coffee with a mild taste and no acidity. Definitely try it if the flavors of caramel, nuts, and chocolate are close to your heart. Thanks to its favorable microclimate, coffee harvested in Brazil accounts for 1/3 of all coffee crops worldwide! The beans grown in Cerrado are of extremely high quality and occur in large quantities. And all this thanks to the relatively flat terrain, which often allows coffee fruits to be picked by hand, while ensuring a consistently high quality of the crops. Don't have a grinder? No problem, we'll take care of it. Choose the grind size from the dropdown list, and we'll grind it for you.
