Loyalty Program Regulations

Purpose of the Loyalty Program:

The loyalty program at gdanskapalarniakawy.pl aims to reward our customers for their loyalty and activity in the online store.

Participation:

Participants of the loyalty program are all registered users of the gdanskapalarniakawy.pl store. Points will not be awarded for purchases made before the registration date in the loyalty program.

Points Calculation Rules:

Points are awarded based on the monetary value of purchases. Every spent złoty equals 1 point. Customers receive additional points for activities such as product reviews, adding opinions, adding photos, rating the order process, and adding reviews about the order. Points are not awarded for order shipping costs.

Points Value:

Points can be exchanged for discounts according to the following categories:

• 100 points = 5 zł discount
• 200 points = 12 zł discount
• 400 points = 25 zł discount
• 800 points = 50 zł discount

Types/Statuses of Points:

Points can have various statuses, such as pending, credited, canceled, and used.

Points Verification:

The points verification process takes up to 40 days from the order date. Pending points will be credited after the transaction is finalized. Pending points will be canceled in case of no transaction.

Customer Points Balance:

The customer's points balance is calculated as the sum of credited points minus the sum of used points. Points can only be used as the customer's points balance and are automatically used when placing subsequent orders.

Regulations Amendment:

The store reserves the right to change the regulations of the loyalty program at any time.
