10. Handling all barista equipment (professional espresso machine, grinder, jugs, tampers, etc.)
11. Preparation of all types of coffee (espresso, latte macchiato, cappuccino, americano, espresso con panna, espresso macchiato, mocha, irish coffee, frappe, iced coffee) - MAJORITY OF COURSE DURATION
12. Equipment cleaning and maintenance
13. Practical and theoretical exam
14. Certificate presentation.
All topics from the course program are covered both in theoretical and practical classes. The course is focused on practice, with practical classes taking up 90% of the time.
