It grew from dreams and the sea. Gdynia, the new window to the world. Beautiful, modern, with an extensive port, where the majestic MS Batory and MS Piłsudski reigned. Thousands of tons of goods flowed from the world, including unique coffee beans from the farthest corners. A popular and necessary colonial commodity. Some beans were roasted on-site. Among others, by Antoni Wiatrak, who owned a coffee plantation in Guatemala and a roastery for the "Społem" company. The rest were transported by land to the entire country, where after roasting and selling in the form of espresso or cappuccino, they conquered the palates of Poles in thousands of cafes. Today, specially for our Roastery, the highest quality beans from Brazil arrive by ships. With a great nod to history and a gesture to you, we present the "Gdynia" coffee.

Brazil, known for its colorful festivals, heat, and friendly people, also provides wonderful specialty coffee with a mild taste and no acidity. Definitely try it if flavors of caramel, nut, and chocolate are close to your heart. Thanks to its favorable microclimate, coffee harvested in Brazil accounts for 1/3 of all coffee crops in the world! The beans grown in Cerrado are of extremely high quality and occur in large quantities. This is all thanks to the relatively flat terrain, which allows coffee fruits to be often hand-picked, ensuring a constant high quality of the harvest.
